Errors & Potential Solutions
This list is a basic guide to error codes you may find on your scooter, and does not guarantee that this will resolve your issues. All work should be undertaken by a competent person.
Before starting - change the display to the E-000 interface by using the power button
Error Code - Qings Wing Scooters | Solution |
E-4 | Replace Controller |
E-10 | Disconnect and reconnect the headlight socket and switch. If it still fails, replace relevant parts |
E-001 | Change controller and motor |
E-002 | Change display |
E-003 | Change controller |
E-004 | Disconnect brake cables from brake levers. Adjust brakes / brake cables / brake lights and replace if required. |
E-005 | Fully charge the scooter. If error still appear after the display shows full power, change the display. If still faulty, change the battery. |
E-006 | Change display and controller |
E-007 | Change the display and controller (change the main line if it fails) |
Warranty Information
- 3 months limited to factory defects or 150km which ever comes first (assessed & confirmed by our engineer)
- Any signs of crash damage will void any warranty (assessed & confirmed by our engineer)
- Any tampering with P settings or scooter in any way will void warranty (assessed & confirmed by our engineer)
- Speeds and range may vary significantly depending on multiple factors, stated figures are a guide from the manufacturers tests. Please contact if you would like further information.
